Windows warned me about the installer. Is it safe?
Yes. VellaMotion isn't signed yet, so Windows doesn't recognise it: choose More info → Run anyway. If Smart App Control blocks it outright, the installation guide explains your choices, including a refund.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases aren't refunded: the 7-day trial, with every feature and no card, is there so you can decide first. If VellaMotion won't install or run on your computer, or you were charged by mistake, we refund. The details are in the refund policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time, in Your orders and keys (sign in with the email you bought with) or from the link in your receipt email. Nothing more is charged, and VellaMotion keeps everything until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if my subscription ends?
VellaMotion moves to the free plan: Parallax, the panel's Animate and Place and three text presets, exported up to 720p. Renew any time and everything comes back. Your projects and the clips you placed in Premiere are your own files and stay exactly where they are. Own Pro for an earlier version? Install that version and activate its key.
Do I need the internet?
Only to download it, to activate your key, and for updates. Pro then works offline for good. The subscription checks in when you start VellaMotion online and keeps working for 14 days offline at a time.
Can I use it on my laptop and my desktop?
Yes. A Pro key works on up to 3 computers, a subscription on up to 5. Moving to a new one is a click in Help → Licence.
Lost your key, or want to cancel?
Your orders and keys has everything: sign in with the email you bought with to see your receipts and keys, update your card or cancel a subscription.
Can I move up to the subscription later?
Yes, any time: enter the new key in Help → Licence and your projects come with you.
What updates does Pro get?
Pro is the version that's current when you buy (now 2.0), yours to keep, with 2 years of its fixes (2.0.1, 2.0.2…) that arrive inside the app. If version 3 is out when you buy, you get version 3. New features come in new versions (3.0 and later): included in the subscription, or a discounted upgrade for owners.
Does it change my photos with AI?
No. It moves, reveals and highlights the pixels already in your picture. Models run on your computer only to understand it: where the depth is, where the text lines are, where the bars of a chart are.
